What it handles

It works inside the Gmail account you already use. Every email is read once, labelled, and either filed, drafted or flagged, so the inbox only holds what actually needs you.

Receipts and supplier invoices

Each receipt is labelled as food, drinks or other costs, and invoices are split into ones still to pay and ones already paid. They can also be sent straight to Hubdoc or your bookkeeper.

Customers chasing a refund, site hosts asking for a restock, suppliers wanting a quick confirmation: each gets a reply drafted in your voice, waiting in your drafts folder.

How it works

Setup takes about a week, and you stay in control of your account the whole time.

  1. We talk through your business

    Your suppliers, the emails you get most and how you like to reply.

  2. You connect your inbox

    You sign in with Google yourself. We never see your password, and you can disconnect at any time.

  3. We test it on your email

    We run it over recent email, check every result with you and adjust the rules.

  4. It runs in the background

    Every 15 minutes it sorts new email. You approve drafts and deal with what is flagged.
